Ignacio García supports the first golf course in Romania

The magic of the golf comes to Bucharest.

The preliminary studies of the first urbanization with golf course of 18 holes in Romania start with the advice of IGGA.

The well-known consultant of international golf course directed by the architect and golf course designer Ignacio García advised to the promoters of the first urban project with a golf course of 18 holes that are conceived in the Romanian territory.

In the autumn of 2016, executives of the local promoter were put in touch with the well-known Spanish architect to comment the first model of investment linked to a golf course in the single European capital that has no golf course of 18 holes.

First urbanization with golf course in Romania.

The Romanian promoter, with extensive experience in the local real estate sector, perceived positively the opportunity to invest in golf and has sought the advice of García to develop an investment model pioneer in Romania.

The plot, with more than 100 Hectares of surface, situated strategically to a step of the center of Bucharest, is located in the most exclusive area of the romanian capital. The plot aimed at golf course could be at least 60 Hectares.

In this embryonic stage is studied the investment model with all the general aspects of the project, from the design of the master plan of urbanization and housing projects in smart contemporary style, to the golf course of 18 holes of international level, respectful with the environment, that could include an Academy of practices, club house and country club.
