Ignacio García in Rome

García is studying the construction of a new golf course with a Clubhouse and hotel.

Ignacio García was invited to design a golf course, club house and a hotel in an area of 43 hectares of surface, located in the municipality of the fourth most populated city in the European Union.

The founder of IGGA International Architects, travelled to the capital of the region of Lazio and Italy, in the company of a member of his team, to respond to the invitation of an Italian real estate company which is interested in Ignacio García as designer and building manager of the construction of a Master Plan with golf course, club house and a hotel of 6 stars, 240 rooms, restaurant, Spa and convention room, valued at more than 10 million euros.

All roads lead to Rome.

After the first meeting of contact at the office of the promoter located in the historical center of the Eternal City, next to Piazza Venezia, the Spanish designer García ended the day visiting the plot of the project that it is halfway between the Coliseum and the most important airport in Italy, Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, also known as the International Airport of Rome Fiumicino Airport.
