New Clubhouse in Dolores, Cuba

The first approximation of the Clubhouse designed by the Spanish study of architecture “Ignacio García Golf Arquitectura” in Dolores, improves very much the expectations of the investment entity.

The design covers all the needs of the golf players and relies on a comfortable and functional distribution that simplifies the traffic and reduces 18 % the spaces foreseen in the study of feasibility of the investment that elaborated the Group of Tourism Gaviota in 2006.

The building belongs to the new Championship Golf Course of 18 holes designed by the founder of the study, the prestigious architect Ignacio García, in the area of Caibarién, close to the Villa Clara Keys, in Cuba.
