Ignacio García’s project for the company “Gescat, Gestió del Sòl, S. L.” of the Real-estate Group Catalunya Caixa, is situated in the Costa del Sol, close to Mijas’s Racetrack, in the areas of the “Plan Parcial” of the sector SUP.R-3 “Cerro Piña” of Mijas’s PGOU, Málaga.
On an area of more than 200,000 m2, the project develops the design of a new golf course of 9 holes designed by the architect.
It is a sports course with landscape project made with environmental sustainable architecture that has an enormous potential if turns into the second 9 holes of the best golf course of 9 holes constructed into the Costa del Sol, designed and projected also by Ignacio García in the areas of the next sector SUP.R-4: “Cerrado del Águila Golf”..
