The two environmental assessments that the promoter commissioned in 2004 and 2007 confirmed the suitability of the terrains.
The residential area ensures the connections existing infrastructure and services. The sewage plant EDAR ensures the adequacy and water quality. The design adapts to the physical characteristics, environmental and landscaping of the area.
