Ignacio García, teaching of the training courses of the Spanish Association of Managers of Golf, responds to the questions of an interview granted to the portal of the upper course of Direction of Golf Courses.

To the question, «If we talk about tourism, customer service,…. We know that having a good human team is essential. Do you think that the Spanish clubs of golf are taking enough attention to the training of their staffs?», García replied:

I am convinced that the Spanish golf clubs try to have a good human team although still do not devote enough attention to the continuous training of the staff.

The Spanish architect and designer golf courses combined during 9 years her profession with the technical direction of one of the most prestigious golf clubs of the Costa del Sol.

The facilities of the golf course and the club house were modernized by García. Also, he formed and led human teams for the attention to the public of the club and the maintenance and construction of the golf course.

By its experience and knowledge, Ignacio Garcia is the first architect specializing in the design of the golf courses that is a full partner of the Spanish Association of Managers of Golf Courses from its foundation and that is teacher of the first of the advanced training courses of the AEGG with national and international prestige.
