IGGA exceeds 236 million sqm

The sustainable design studio Ignacio García IGGA International has designed more than 236 km2 spread across 18 countries.

The studio has updated its statistics during the month of August. The data published in Spanish and English confirm the studio’s international character, with 80% of the projects outside Spain. The masterplan project with a golf course on a plot of land with more than 10 million square meters of surface area, completed in the Caribbean with a material execution budget of more than 500 million euros, is the most repeated.

Info – In terms of surface area, the combined IGGA projects (236 km2) would make up the seventh smallest country in the world, above Saint Kitts and Nevis (261 km2), the Marshall Islands (181 km2), Liechtenstein (160 km2), San Marino (61 km2), Tuvalu (26 km2), Nauru (23.1 km2), Monaco (2 km2) and the Vatican City (0.44 km2). For the time being, it would be necessary to occupy half of Andorra (468 km2) or have 118 countries equal to Monaco (2 km2) to bring together all the projects carried out by IGGA International.
